In the summer months you can enjoy Silverlake, White Lake state park is just 5minutes away also. The house is fully equipped for your convenience, whether you want to relax on the couch and watch a movie or log into your Netflix account and binge a series. Play one of the many board games or a little competition on our foosball table, dart board or ping pong table. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 King bedroom with full-size crib, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 queen sleeper sofas in the living room. Enjoy our fully fenced in yard with an outdoor gas grill and a large picnic table to eat outside on nice days with family or friends. In the evening relax around the outdoor firepit with plenty of seats for everyone to enjoy the fire or make some smores. You can cook up a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen or on the gas grill on our deck. The House is located 1.5 miles from 2 public very clean beaches. Silver lake is the cleanest lake and deepest lake in the NH regions. Lake Chocorua is a short 10-minute drive away also. Just 20 minutes away from Conway at the entrance to Mt Washington Valley. Other 'lakes' in Madison are actually ponds. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, local attractions within minutes of the home. The village of Conway and North Conway with more shopping, restaurants, skiing, golf and other attractions and activities is a scenic 20 30-minute drive north. Renter is responsible for electric, propane, internet and trash pick up. There is a free mandatory monthly cleaning.
