An introverts heaven, this space is ideal for independent and self-sufficient travelers or digital nomads with it's own private entrance, and back yard with firepit. Steps away from bustling North Park, enjoy the vibrant restaurant and scene, and come home to a tranquil retreat to relax and recover ;) My little apartment is attached to the back of my house, I call it my Side Ho. The house is a traditional 1920's craftsman, which are common in this neighborhood, although they are starting to be replaced with apartment buildings. The plot goes all the alleyway, so there's a chunk of land at the back of the apartment which has a nice place to relax with furniture & a fire pit. I've let the rest of it grow wild with plans to build another house on it, but for now the wildlife are enjoying it. Don't expect a manicured lawn! Guests may park in the driveway. You may need to park behind my truck. This is my home, and due to my allergies, I cannot host any cats or dogs. The apartment also contains a work-from-home office accessible by ladder.
