Beautiful custom built cabin just finished in 2013. We purchased it from orig owners in February 2015. Unfortunately, my husbands career is moving us to another area. We have started the landscaping with wonderful native orange azaleas and gorgeous perennials such as daylilies, crape myrtles , decorative grasses, a cedar split rail fence for the grapes to grow on etc... The cabin is well laid-out with an amazing master bedroom with a walk-in closet for 2! Large bathroom with laundry on main floor as well. The kitchen has tons of storage, as well as being open to the living area for great entertaining! We slept 6 here very comfortably! Taxes were just lowered, not sure on exact amount as they have not come out yet , but I would say between $450-$550. We had the tax assessment people out to make sure the property was taxed accordingly. It has now been assessed correctly. The split floor plan or walk-out lower level is unfinished, but very easy to finish and is a huge bonus to have! There is room for a second living area, bedroom etc. and it has a fireplace on this floor as well. We use it for a guest room currently. Very dry and clean, they did an excellent job with drainage away from the home! Finished you would have over 1500sq ft of living space total! It's larger then you think, as we moved out of over 3000sq ft and find it very comfortable! 2 driveways, one to walk-in on the main floor and the second by the lower level. Very nice to have both when carrying in groceries and for unloading furniture. Covered deck with ceiling fans that will stay, best spot to unwind and have your morning coffee while listening to a symphony of bird calls! We also paid and had a 500 gal propane tank installed to run both fireplaces. Utilities are beyond reasonable. Empty $35 a month , with us there all month and ac going etc. Only $70...
