Chukar Flats is located on the Snake River about the middle on Brownlee reservoir on the Oregon side: 18 miles downriver from Huntington Oregon. 36657 Snake River Road Huntington Oregon 97907. Have approximately 4 acres. 1 acre of River front and 3 acres across the street. Property is surrounded by BLM land. Have 5 RV hookups on property and 3 guest trailers used for overflow from house rental. They are all self contained and kinda cozy. Bought in 2001 after visiting first time for Chukar Hunting. Owned it in less than a week after 1st visit. According to Google this is the best area for Chukar hunting in the states. We also have Quail, Blue Grouse, Ruffled Grouse, Huns, Pheasants and Turkeys as well as big game Elk, Deer, Cougars, Bears and Bighorn Sheep. Then in Brownlee reservoir World Class Bass, Crappie, Catfish, Bluegill, Perch, Sturgeon, Carp and Trout. At this spot you have great cell service, Wi-Fi and mail service. Been renting on vrbo.com/1040123 and Airbnb. 5 star rating and a Premier Host. Can be transfered to new owner. It's a fun job, everyone is here for fun, so all is cool. You can block any dates you want. And you get to accept or decline each reservation. 50% of my bookings are repeat guest, been coming for years. Last 3 years booked around $100,000 yearly on rental of house only. This year will be even better. But have lots of request for boat and Atv rentals and the trailers could be rented separate from house, so could be a good moneymaker and all the TAX advantages. Or keep all to yourself! It’s a fun job running this place, everyone is always happy up here, check out the ratings. Will be leaving everything in , all tools,linens, cookware, fishing gear. Everything stays, so can continue rental if you like. I have started moving dirt on other side of road for additional rv or boat storage. Have contacted two different realtors in area and they both figured a price of around $950,000. So I am asking that but leaving everything behind. Still taking bookings for fall of 2023.
