Primary bedroom is large with vaulted ceilings, private bath and walk in closet. Three males total will live in this condo. One car garage and one car driveway shared between tenants, plus nearby street parking.
Washer and Dryer in unit.
Tenants are responsible for utilities. There is a $30 fixed utility package that covers water, sewer, and internet. Every two months tenants will be charged $12 for water softener salt delivery.
There is a $7 quarterly charge for HVAC air filter delivery.
