Also known for it's breweries and music venues. Transit: 1 block from the 40 which will take you downtown multiple times an hour. During peak hours you can catch a ride 4x an hour. 10-15 minutes to SLU for Google/Facebook/Amazon campuses. It is also an easy bike ride or walk to SLU; the walk takes about 50 minutes. Pets: Acceptable on a case-by-case basis. Rent is payable in advance by the 1st of each month. Lease is for 12 months but negotiable for minimum of 6 months with higher rent.
