The property offers the conveniences of home and outdoor amenities that will keep you on the patio grilling, cleaning fish, or enjoy watching the barges from the ICW. We have just recently screened in the top balcony. For guest bringing a boat, the boat ramp, bait shop and convenience store is located about a half mile down the way at the end of the island. The pier is equipped with multiple fishing lights that automatically turn on from dusk to dawn. Grocery stores, the shopping mall/ center, restaurants including some of the best Cajun cuisine, sports bars and tap houses are within 15-20 minutes away. Please note that this property does have stairs. The loft also has a ladder to access. The loft may not be suitable for very small children. Parking is gated.
This property is designed for plant executives and contractors with a small family. Plant workers looking to sublet or stay with over 3 Adults should not consider this home as an housing option as we will terminate the lease immediately. Lease is month to month and all utilities are included at the normal consumption rate. If the rate goes over $100 per month on electricity and $50 on water, you will be required to pay the difference. A camper can be setup for only 7 consecutive days per month at a rate of $40 per night extra. We may be able to arrange a longer term type of storage like a shipping container onsite that is available for extra per month. The ideal Tennant will be staying for 2-12 months at a time. We are strict on the nO pet policy as there are not acceptable grounds for outside animals and inside is not an option on this small of home. Trailer and equipment parking available.
