We absolutely love this tiki dream bungalow, but sadly we need to move for work and need someone to take over the lease. What's awesome about it? The location couldn't be better! It's about a mile walk from the front door to the sand, a half mile jaunt to the shops, restaurants, and train station of Carlsbad Village, and just off the freeway. The amenities are pretty rad. The pool is heated year round, and this unit is the closest to pool access. This complex is all one-bedrooms, so there are very few kids around -- which helps with the sound levels. You have covered parking directly in front of your door (not easy to get in Carlsbad), and there is plenty of street and visitor parking available. It's never been a problem, even for our guests. One of our favorite features is the huge back yard with a lot of shade. It expands the livable space, is great for entertaining, and the french doors are a classy touch. Washer/dryer hookups (we'll leave the appliances for you -- we don't need them at the new place), the gas stove, and being a pet-friendly complex are also near the top of our list. Utilities not included.
