Cozy open floor plan one bedroom apartment in a country atmosphere. This building has three separate rental units. You have your own entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There is shared laundry in the building. Newer, engineered wood floors, freshly painted and bathroom touch ups. Looking for someone dependable/responsible tenant with a great rental history and stable employment. One year preferably. Willing to go shorter in the right situation. Absolutely no dogs. We allow dogs in our free-standing units and personally own them but so many tenants have had issues with dogs barking all day when their owners leave that we decided to make it a non-dog building sorry. Up to 2 cats On-street parking We ask people to smoke outside but don't want to police people either. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Our last tenant stayed for over 5 years because ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED is an amazing deal with the price of utilities spiking 35% lately. If utilities are abused, we will start to charge.
