The door at the end of the hall leads out to a small patio area, the yard and side access to the detached garage. The garage would make a nice gym, craft room, art studio or work shop or whatever you desire. The driveway holds 2-3 cars. This home has central heat and air. There is a lot of natural light that comes in from all of the windows. This home is close to Sac city College, Old Town Sacramento, UC Med Center, Hwy 99. One small dog #12 or less. Pet rent is $40 per month. Resident must carry renters insurance. In order to qualify you will need to have 3 times the monthly rent of verifiable income, 2 years of positive recent rental references or home ownership and good credit. This home will not take a co-signer and is a non-smoking home. Bankruptcy has to be discharged and 2 years old. No Evictions. Small pets will be considered. There is also a monthly utility surcharge of $185 for water, sewer and garbage. If your application is not processed for any reason $5 of the $50 application fee that will not be refunded.
