And there are hardwood floors throughout the unit.Two tandem covered parking spaces are included. Water and wifi are also included with basic rent; electric is billed separately. We like to start with 6 month lease - but most of our tenants extend for 3 years. Renter is responsible for their electric bill. Water and wifi is included, no additional charge.
