Looking for a housemate! I'm a software engineer working out of UTC. It's a 3 bdr 2.5 bath townhome in West Carmel Valley...right where the 5 and 56 meet! Commuting to UTC takes = 10 minutes, with and without traffic Within walking distance of Del Mar Shopping Center/One Paseo...very nice if you're a fan of either Omomo boba tea, CAVA bowls or Salt & Straw. Boujee theater and 3 different grocery stores (a Pavilions is a 4 min walk away!). Complex is comprised of younger families and retirees...very peaceful, family-oriented and tight-knit community. Lots of resident parking (unassigned)! There is also an Alliance private security vehicle that patrols at night! 8 minute drives to Torrey Pines, Del Mar surf breaks and Solana Beach. I've refurnished the house with an MCM/minimalist aesthetic. All new appliances thanks to the landlord. Maintenance requests have always been done very promptly. Garage will not fit a car...used for home wrenching, pet projects and to park a motorcycle. Happy to share it for storage! Note: Check the photos. A full-time software engineer working a regular 9-5 schedule. I go surfing and cycling a bunch, so if you're into those hobbies, then you've got a water or riding buddy too. I rarely have guests over and never host parties.
