Hi, I am 3650 South Oak Street. I have been owned and cared for by the same family for the past 20 years. They have decided to pursue their life long dream and now are selling me to my new owners. If you find an interest in living within my walls, I should let you know a little about me. When you walk through my front door, you will notice the former living room is now a formal dining room and the bay window provides mountain views and beautiful sunsets. My kitchen is next with all appliances included, plenty of storage and a portable island. If you look beyond the kitchen, you will see a wonderful large family room with big windows overlooking the backyard. I have 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Don't forget to notice the custom railings on my stairways. When you step into the quiet secluded backyard, you will be greeted by a large covered patio with additional uncovered patio space. This is where my owners have spent lots of time entertaining. I have always enjoyed the fun and laughter of their get togethers with family and friends. My backyard also has 3 sheds.
