I've replaced the original Bat Board with drywall, plaster coated in the livingroom. Updated wiring and insulation as each room was drywalled. New septic system in '97. Recent roof. The yard has many flower beds, shrubs (Holly, Rhododendron, Lilac, Privet, Pear Trees, Forsythia, Lilly of The Vally,etc.), many other perennials as well.
