The cottage was rented out to a sweet Puerto Rican friend in the beginning. As time went on, the cottage has been rented long-term to various folks, as well as, short term. This space has been renovated twice. The most recent time, the kitchen and bath were totally renovated, making it into a mid/long-term rental.
