Hello, I'm looking to split my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo where I am currently living. I am flexible with how the rooms are rented out. You could rent one room (total 3 housemates) or you could rent both rooms and one could be used as an office or another use. If there's 2 housemates you will get your own private bathroom and personal parking space. I'm open to discussing. Rent will be determined based on your preference ($1,000-$1,550). Move in date: early as 8/24/24 - sept 1st Minimum 6 month lease. Deposit $950 Utilities (PGE and Internet not included). I'm open to having a well behaved dog that gets along with mine. Located in North Concord, 1240 sq ft. The lease is for flexible for 6 - 18 months. Utilities are not built into the rent, internet + PGE split between 3 tenants
