Mail service is 6 days a week. UPS/Fed Ex deliver regularly. There's Starlink satellite for internet with good speeds for streaming and zoom. Tmobile works very well from the house. I've used it to tether to my computer for internet. Century Link is available as a back up. The island is all dirt roads with no stop lights. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach or a five minute drive to other beaches. Pear, plum and apple trees on the property. The house has tile flooring in kitchen, living, dining and bath. Bedrooms are carpet. Has new ductless heater with remote control, new hot water heater and new fridge. (The sunset photo is taken from inside the house.) Three kayaks come with the house. Groceries can be delivered to the dock and brought over by boat for about $25. This is truly a nature lover's paradise. You can rent a parking spot in Anacortes at the dock monthly or annually and can barge over to the island your own vehicle or many people use golf carts to get around. Note: Address shows up as Anacortes, but the location of the house is on Decatur Island. Renter responsible for electric and Starlink internet. Trash is hauled off by renter to the mainland when you take the boat to Anacortes. Water/sewer included in rent. Lawn mowing is renter's responsibility during the season. Lawn mower provided. A year's lease is preferred.
