All guests must be registered, and no outside guests are allowed. There are strict no noise or gathering rules, and no smoking is permitted. Noise levels after 10 PM must be low in respect to the neighbors. Reserve the property for the actual number of guests; no additional guests without approval. Subletting is not permitted. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Includes complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a full-sized ironing board with iron. A laptop computer is not included.
