The trailer is in very poor condition, during this last freeze, the main water line from the well to the house has busted and the trailer no longer has running water, there are also electrical issues in the back half of the house. The last time I had been there, the heat was still working, it has a gas furnace. There are also leaks in the roof, most heavily in the bathroom. I'm trying to be as upfront as possible now as to only get serious offers. I am selling the house as is, and I would say it is not livable without work first. Please do not inquire if you are looking for a house ready to live in. That is an old picture as well and the house has some aging since that picture. Any serious offers will be considered, I am just trying to get rid of this property, lower offers will definitely be considered as well, Zillow would not let me post a lower price than I did.
