CUTE and functional !! Great schools. Elem, middle, and high school all on same campus, and only 2 miles from house. House is not a cookie-cutter house! Backyard is big and private! Inground pool has new liner and a wonderful addition to our hot and humid summers in the south. Office looks out on the pool, or could be a bedroom (closet and bath attached). Upstairs has two bedrooms and a bath, which has new can lighting and stucco walls. One bedroom upstairs used to be two rooms, so it is quite large, and could function as a bedroom on one side and a sitting area on the other side. Not a neighborhood, so no fees, no covenants, and no headaches. Master bathroom is larger than the master bedroom! Has double sink, vaulted ceiling, HUGE jacuzzi tub, double headed shower, and walk out to the pool. Pool has large deck for sunning, or hiring a band to play for a pool party. Detached garage (two car) has attached exercise room with mirrors and a 1/2 bath. Drive-in covered shed off back of garage to store boat trailers, etc. Wooded area in backyard for bon-fires. Has horseshoe pit built-in. Also has two fenced-in parts of the yard. One area on side of house is a dog-run but can be part of the overall yard if fence is removed. Has a lighted driveway with a bright spotlight on the red front door. Very private area, but close to Charlotte and just 6 miles to 485. (need to sell by 2011 !! ) Neighborhood Description Very nice neighbors...as of 2008, only neighbor is an elderly lady, but I hardly ever see her! No neighbors on the other side.
