W/D hookups in unit, but Homestead does have $50 for the set per month W/D rentals. To qualify: Must earn 2 times the monthly rent per month. Little to no late payments on at least 1 established tradeline of six months or longer. Clean background history. Dogs and cats are permitted, so long as the $300.00 pet deposit is provided before move-in, which covers both animals. $35.00/month pet rent. Max of two animals per unit. No dog breed restrictions although they cannot be larger than 55 lbs
