A separate living area downstairs offers a great place gather to play a game of ping pong or a enjoy glass of wine or lounge on the large couch. The exterior space begs to be outside with a large covered wrap around deck with plenty of comfortable deck furniture, and a private dock and boat lift for your boat and swimming. 2 stand up paddle boards and a double kayak are included for your use during your stay as well. We have 4 adult life vests and 4 children's life vests for use as well. The home offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The master suite is located on the main floor and has a large, comfortable king bedroom and ensuite bathroom with clawfoot tub and walk in tile shower. The second bedroom is also on the main floor and has a queen bed. Downstairs, there is the third bedroom, also with a queen bed. There is also a lower level living room with couch, flatscreen tv and poker table. The lake access is an easy few steps from the lower level. Mr. Coffee, K- cup, crockpot and instapot in the kitchen:) Absolutely no partying or any loud noise / music. We have $500 first time noise complaint violations. Double that for a second violation and immediate eviction applies. This spectacular home is located directly on the shores of Whitefish Lake. Whitefish. It is only 20 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 4 from the Amtrak Station, 10 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort and only 50 minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park. Whitefish, Montana is the perfect place for a vacation in WINTER or SUMMER! Walk out the front door and you are just minutes from enjoying the best Montana recreational activities: alpine skiing, cross country treks, fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, art galleries, gourmet dining, & live theater the activities are endless. Downtown Whitefish is a quaint town with great restaurants, boutique shops, spas, nightlife, and farmer's market (food, arts & crafts, and music) in summertime.
