This is a well made older ranch that my siblings and I grew up in. Built in 1961. Very nice hard wood floors under the carpeting just waiting to be sanded and stained and/or varnished. The livingroom is large. There is a large eat in kitchen across from the livingroom that joins together with a pass-through window. Huge corner lot with a bigger double garage. Lots of room for gardening and shade. The Patio up by back door had many barbecues as I was growing up for many, many occasions. The basement is where the Thanksgiving dinner was served. Many years we had as many as 16-18 people eating down there at one long table. The kitchen was big enough to hold ALL of the cooks, too! Fond memories of this house are all still there. But, Its time to make some new ones.
