This 3rd floor space is beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice! Laundry is on the floor below. This 3 rd floor is private with a large studio with a fireplace, and high ceilings. This house is incredible. 3 floors, the first and second are shared. The yard is beautiful, so if you like to garden they are started. We have a couple decks and a mulberry tree. This house is a beautiful, updated Victorian house, with quiet and caring housemate. Please no partiers! The house is furnished nicely. We expect everyone to help out with the cleaning and upkeep of the house. shoveling and mowing. If you want an AC unit, we ask for an additional 75 a month(it takes a lot of energy to cool this space. In the winter we ask an extra $50 during the heating months. November through April. Please reach out for a showing! no smoking inside, we are not a party house, if people do not feel safe in the house we would ask you to leave. We ask for 12 month lease and ask that if you decide to move out, you give us 2 months notice so we can show the space. We ask that everyone do a chore a week.
