It is also less than 1/2 mile from Fort Loudon Lake access (Polecat Branch). Please disregard Zillow's evaluation. I'm pretty sure they are angry at me for pointing out that they had incorrect information about my home, and they decreased the value almost eight thousand dollars when the square footage was corrected - INCREASED - to 1350 sq ft from 1205 sq ft. Every home in the neighborhood's value was increased two to three thousand dollars during this time. I have corresponded and tried to reason with them and they refuse to correct their mistakes.
