Price includes utilities, wifi, and designated driveway parking spot. Month - to - Month - 30 day notice for landlord or tenant WiFi and Utilities Included Electronic Payment Method Damage to items refers to any item that is not fixable or usable from within the room or bath. One day notice given via text if landlords will be entering property. Keep the premise clean and repair any damage caused by neglect or abuse.
