Very spacious bedroom for rent in a 2100 sq ft townhome within a very nice and quiet community. It will be occupied by two other down to earth, laid back, friendly and courteous male residents in mid 20's (including myself). Looking for a laid back, friendly, considerate, and clean male roommate preferably in their 20's but could be the max age of 39. The room is about 16'1/2 x 12 ft with a queen sized bed. very nice sized closet with built in shelves, and a personal bath. While the room is currently occupied, the occupant is set to move out by the last week of May. Please contact for any extra information you would like to know. I am open to whatever lease agreement negotiated, whether if its 3, 6, 9, or 12 month lease. With any agreed lease though, there is a $300 deposit. If month to month is requested, you would need to pay first and half of next month's rent upfront in order for that to be possible. Credit check will be highly recommended, or pay stubs. Background check is required as well. If deciding to move within the middle of the month, prorated rent will be applied. No smoking inside townhome, and no pets please.
