Hi There; I am looking for a clean, responsible roommate to share my 3/2 single family house. I remodeled it a year ago fill with new kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, newer furniture, so pretty much furnished. It has an on-site laundry in the back yard which shared with a couple tenant downstairs. Street parking only. It also doesn't have central heat and air( portable ones at site). It was set up for short term rentals but my work situation changes so things changes as well. About me: I am a clean, tidy, quite and keep to myself person. I don't really cook, so you can have the kitchen pretty much all yours. I like traveling, music, hiking, also enjoy good chats once a while...
