The term of the lease is from signing until 08/31/2018 (total of 10 months). Sorry for the mess, am in the process of packing some things up! Small bedroom will have floor sanded, wood finished by EOM October (area rug can stay, it's brand new as of late September). Specs: Internet route, dishwasher, & W/D included in rent, large master bedroom, fun second bedroom/office space, built-in shelving for books/DVDs, tray ceilings in each room that open up each room, little frontyard and medium sized big backyard (garden friendly!) with a little firepit. Providers: Internet (MiNet), Gas heat through NW Natural, water through City of Independence, electrical through Pacific Power. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Yard maintenance and pets can be discussed.
