All the floors are easy to clean vinyl. The house was insulated well for electric. Heat from the downstairs apartment keeps the floors warm. There is ample closets. Other renters include the owner in apt. 2 and a single lady in apt. 1. The downstairs apartment four has a couple who work and go to college. We are a quiet and considerate neighbors. Renter pays for electric and their garbage removal. Owner pays for plowing.
