Kyffin is one of the best elementary schools in Jeffco and it is a short walk from our house Our neighborhood and house is surrounded by open space and wildlife is everywhere It is very quiet and it is a well established neighborhood with mature trees and differing architecture I work in downtown and 6th Ave is so close I can be at my office in 15min
