    What's special

    Newly renovated apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a master bath in the master bedroom. Freshly cleaned carpet and painted walls. This apartment is part of a four unit house that already has three apartments filled. The owner lives in one apartment, while the other tenants are respectful and quiet. This apartment doesn't come with any frills, but is owned by a good landlord that will do his best to make this feel like home. Owner pays for water, hot water, and refuse. After several bad tenants, I now require first months rent, last months rent, and a security deposit. No pets unless you are prepared to replace the carpeting, if necessary, when the tenancy is over. Renter's insurance is also required. There is plenty of on street parking, and possibly a parking spot in the driveway. The tenant is required to maintain cleanliness of property, and will be subject to intermittent and brief inspections throughout tenancy. To sum it up, the owner requires the new tenant to be responsible, and will hold them accountable if property is not respected.
