No additional occupants or long-term guests (over 14 days in any 6-month period) are allowed without prior landlord approval. Pets: No pets are allowed without prior written approval. If permitted, an additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent will apply ($100 per pet) Maintenance and Cleanliness: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the home in clean and good condition.
