Debt to a previous landlord and open bankruptcies will result in an AUTOMATIC DENIAL of the application(s). Rental History - Some credit scoring will necessitate an evaluation of verifiable rental and/or mortgage payment history for the last 12 months. Evictions within the past 36 months with a balance and/or judgment will result in an AUTOMATIC DENIAL of the application(s). Criminal History - A criminal background check will be conducted for each Applicant(s) 18 years of age or older.
