Pet Policy: A limit of 1 pet is allowed with an additional fee of $75 per month. No dogs, cats, or other animals are permitted on the property without a fully executed Pet Agreement (NWMLS Form No. 68B). Non-Smoking: The property is strictly non-smoking. Renter's Insurance: Tenant shall obtain renter's insurance providing coverage for liability, bodily, injury, property damage, and for theft, loss, or damage to Tenant's personal property stored on the Property.
