    Hi there thank you for your interest in our house which sits on a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined street in Mar Vista adjacent to Venice Beach. We are 3 guys and 1 gal who are in their late 20's and early 30's and consist of Jeff Chen (physician, healthcare entrepreneur, CEO), Ashley Miyasaki (foodie entrepreneur, sales and biz dev wizard), Alex Milligan (tech entrepreneur, CMO), and Ambrose Soehn (musician, creative agency director). We are just about the most fun, chill and thoughtful folks you could live with, and all of us are either from Los Angeles or have been living here for a decade--we went to USC, UCLA, and Cornell for college and grad school and have strong communities in the startup, healthcare, CPG, technology, and creative industries. The house is a 8 min drive to beach, 5 min walk to dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, banks, CVS, beer gardens, bars, cafes, yoga studios, meditation center, etc, even a bowling alley and a record store and a Japanese food court! Close to the beach but also near both the 10 and 405 freeways so can get anywhere in LA without getting stuck in beach/tourist traffic. We are looking for someone who is easy going, super clean and tidy, NO drama, financially stable, good vibes, prefers to host conscious gatherings and dinner parties rather than ragers, prefers to partake in a wellness event vs getting drunk and watching sports, respectful, communicative. We are open to small dogs (but not cats because one of us has a cat allergy) If you think this sounds like you read on highlights of the house include: Oversized kitchen with new appliances (including TWO dishwashers) Amble common space: dining room, breakfast nook, family room, living room Driveway for 5 cars (plus ample street parking, NO street cleaning, no restrictions, no permits required) Washer and dryer in the house Huge backyard with sauna, sofas, tables, firepits, BBQ grill All sorts of plants on the property (from cactuses to kale to pomegranate, apple, and orange trees) and a big grassy lawn area Baby grand piano House has natural sunlight all day long (there are skylights on the ceiling throughout the house) Large 2nd story sundeck with sweeping views of West LA Solar panels (keeps our electricity bill low) If interested please email us with information about yourself and a link to your social media!
