Cottage utilities are paid by tenant (Power, Gas, Water, Internet/TV, Trash/Pickup) which can total around $198+ per month depending on usage. Cottage is available starting May 1, 2024 for 3-6 month lease at $2100/month with a refundable security deposit of $2100.00, $4200.00 due at signing of lease and check-in. All landscaping, yard mowing, trimming and fall leaf maintenance are taken care of by the landlord working with tenant's schedule. Utilities are Not are included in monthly lease. Only one small dog under 20 pounds is allowed with a non-refundable fee of $250. No other pets are allowed. Exterior security video cameras facing driveway and front of cottage are installed and will be available to tenants for them to monitor property while out.
