Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with king-size beds, one with a full bathroom and the other with a bathroom right outside the door. Upstairs, there are six more bedrooms, including four with king-size beds, one with two double beds, and one with a bunk bed consisting of two twin beds. The villa also features a game room area for entertainment. Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request, but if you need a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, arrangements can be made for an extra cost. The driveway can accommodate 3 to 4 cars, and overflow parking is available 200 feet from the house. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation, but any damages caused by pets or extra cleaning will be charged. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, but washcloths are not included as they are considered personal items. The villa does not feature a spa, and the pool is east-facing. The guest will have the entire house to themselves.
