    This 1802 sq ft home sits on 2.23 acres of land between Burgaw & Rocky Point. It is located in the cul-de-sac of a well-kept neighborhood and there are no HOA fees. We purchased this home in May 2018 and had the HVAC units updated to a Trane split system in October 2019, the shingle roof replaced in March 2020, the cedar siding primed and painted in August 2022, and new gutters and downspouts installed in March 2023. The sale will include a full set of appliances including an electric water heater installed in June 2018, a new microwave purchased in November 2019, and a matching LG front load washer & dryer set installed in May 2023. The kitchen was painted and new countertops were installed in March 2023. The vaulted ceiling in the living room has two skylights that were replaced when the new roof was installed. There is carpet in the two upstairs bedrooms and luxury vinyl flooring in the downstairs kitchen, bedroom, living room, dining area, and closets. We had several trees removed and the remaining ones trimmed in October 2022, expanded the back yard with fill dirt, topsoil, sod, and a 5' tall chain-link fence in the fall of 2023. There is also an underground PetSafe dog fence encapsulating the back yard and most of the front yard. The water is provided by Pender County but there is a well in the back yard. The waste is handled via a septic tank and it was last inspected and serviced in June 2018. There is parking in the front for 3-4 vehicles and RV / boat parking in the back yard. An 8' x 24' lean to building was added in August 2022 to cover lawn mowers, garden tools, etc. The breaker box is wired for a generator hook up and the house sits on high ground. It did not flood when Hurricane Florence hit the area in September 2018. Presently, we are repainting the interior of the house and making minor repairs to the exterior. We are also replacing the back steps and repairing puppy damage to the yard. One more note, I don’t know why Zillow is showing that this house was last sold on 02-24-20 for $207,500. It was not. We have owned the house since May 2018.
