The home has 3 bedrooms/3 baths and an additional office space. All rooms (except the office) have beautiful views of the marsh and Broad River. -------------------------------- We can launch a kayak behind our home during high tide and paddle out to see birds and occasional dolphins. We are in a quiet and peaceful small community just 7 miles east of I-95 but within a short drive of Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, and Savannah. Charleston is a 90-minute drive. Our HOA dues are $360 a year, not $960 or more per month like in the "Regimes" on Hilton Head. We have several public boat-launches nearby on both the Broad River and Boyd Creek and a County-maintained saltwater fishing pier less than 4 miles away. -------------------------------- This home is a great full-time residence but if you only want to live here part-time and do VRBO or AirBnB, this location makes it a perfect "base of operations" for day trips to Hilton Head Island, historic Beaufort and the Sea Islands, Charleston, and Savannah GA. We plan to sell most furnishings in the home at very reasonable prices. -------------------------------- Our community has very small "yards", with the space between homes being "common land" owned equally by all 70 property owners. The HOA dues of $360.00 per year cover all lawn maintenance of the property.
