This is a newly renovated duplex. It is located on the west side of Columbus. This unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This renovation turned out beautiful. This is a great home for a family. We do not allow pets. No prior evictions. This will be a 12-month lease. Tenant is responsible for all of the utilities. First month's rent and deposit ($900) will be due at lease signing. We also require a $250 deposit on the water. This will be refunded once the tenant moves out and the last water bill has been paid in full. Lastly, we do require renters' insurance.
