We have a 2024 Chevy Trax that you can rent on Turo for your stay. Message us for details. The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor in the home. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay. We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking. We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform.
