    Enjoy a private bedroom and bathroom in a bright, upper-level condo with free parking, free Wi-Fi, and a large shared living space. You'll also have full access to the community gym and pool perfect for staying active and relaxed. Available for short term leasing. Located in a central, quiet neighborhood, this unit offers quick access to key spots: 3 min to Niemann's Grocery 8 min to Parkland College 11 min to UIUC campus This is a shared space with a friendly, clean, and respectful 20-year-old female. We're currently looking for one female roommate only to join the lease. Housekeeping Rules 1. Any damaged utensils and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced, as well as the vacuum. 2. The last person in the condo needs to turn the air conditioning off if nobody else is home. 3. In wintertime keep it at 63 F and on hotter days 75 F 4. Keep fireplace off. Or with a timer no more than 1 hour in extreme cold conditions 5. When sleeping, turn off the air conditioner to avoid spikes in electric costs. 6. The toilet needs to be gently flushed. 7. Make sure no metal or oils in garbage disposal, only soft foods. 8. Make sure there is no hair in the shower drain, to prevent clogs. 9. Each roommate is responsible for their own dish soap, toilet paper and ,paper towels and laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies, etc. 10. No shoes in the house. 11. Avoid eating in carpeted areas, to avoid stains in carpet. 12. Make sure to clean all dishes after using them for eating or cooking, feel free to use dishwasher as well. 13. Maintain cooking temperatures so that it won't splatter on walls or on floor. 14. Roommates can take turns taking out kitchen trash bags; as well as replacing the bags. Every Sunday night the outside garbage can must be taken out, it gets picked up around noon on Monday mornings. After it gets disposed, the garbage can must return to the garage, otherwise the HOA will charge a fee. Again, roommates can alternate each week on who rolls it outside & brings it back inside. Visitor Rules 1. Extra overnight visitors need to be approved 3 weeks in advance. $25 dollars fee per overnight visitor per night 2. No parties allowed in the condo 3. Make sure to clean up after visitors after they leave. 4. Try to maintain a quiet environment after 9pm, to avoid noise complaints from neighbors. 5. All additional HOA rules must be followed. (such as bringing immediately the large garbage bin inside the garage after collection)
