There is a garage, but being built in 1924 it is a better fit for bikes than for a car; fortunately there is driveway space for 2 vehicles and easy street parking. The neighborhood is fantastic (some think it's the best part of Portland)! 3 blocks to a great K-8 school, 4 blocks to Whole Foods.
