Things I love about this apartment: I love that it is at the back of the building, making it very quiet. I have a beautiful view of trees and a few peaks at a winding, lightly-traveled road. The sunroom has made a perfect home office. I work from home, I spend more time there than anywhere, so it's important it be pleasant. I'm on the middle floor, so the tenants below heat my floor, and the tenant above cools my ceiling. My utility bill has always been around $80/month. The rooms are large, I've fit a lot of furniture and stored a lot of belongings in it. I've included pictures of how I decorated it to give you a better idea of how much space there is. The washer/dryer connections are in a storage room that fits a lot. Management has been great, very helpful, very quick to respond to any issues. Neighbors have been nice and quiet. I've enjoyed summer evenings lounging in the pool. I've always felt very safe, no matter what hour of the night I've come home. I've been very happy here. In High Point but close to Jamestown shopping. Two Wal-Mart supercenters are a few miles away, plus all the other big box stores. Close to 85 and 74 They've just installed brand-new carpets! (Beige.) I've lived here three years and need to leave for personal reasons that have nothing to do with how much I like the apartment. My lease does not expire for a few more months, so I'm trying to help get it leased ASAP.
