There's a mudroom / sunroom for plants or potting, a comfortable kitchen, an updated bath, and a quiet bedroom facing the garden. It has ample storage space in a connected basement. The location is amazing: easy access to bike routes and public transport, within walking distance of Trader Joe's, coffee, local shops and pocket restaurants. It's a special place looking for somebody who values peace, beauty, and quiet and wants to make it home.
