Nice big cedar shed for storage and new windows, furnace that is high efficiency and a brand new roof this last august! Great walking neighborhood, quiet and safe but only 15 minutes from the city! Buslines and MAX train all close and within walking distance! Very hip part of Portland that is a great place for young families and everyone! Super low utility bills make this place a real nice home to live in....I love it and have for many years!
