This is a family friendly, kid-filled neighborhood with Newark Street Park (made for 2-5 year old kids) at the end of the street and the Giant / CVS a two block walk away. This has been my community for the past 10 years and I can vouch for the wonderful people both in my building and in the neighborhood. I am looking for a responsible, respectful tenant to move into the condo in January (date negotiable). Tenleytown and Cleveland Park redline metro stations are a 15 -minute walk away; convenient metro buses to downtown, Georgetown and American University are right on the corner, as are a new Giant Foods, CVS, Starbucks and multiple popular restaurants. No smoking, and no pets and I'm very sorry but my daughter's allergies are too severe to make exceptions.
