Walk to downtown Manitou Springs and hiking trails (short walk to the Incline). This is located in an area that is very active with hikers, so it can be busy during the day, but is quiet at night. Designated residential parking right outside your door. This house is 110 years old, so it's not perfect, but it's very cozy and fully functional. There's no washer/dryer, but there is a 24-hr laundromat in Manitou (3-minute drive?). Although there is no yard, trails and a creek are steps away. $1000 refundable security deposit due before move-in (no pet fees). A $35 application fee will be credited to your deposit upon approval.
