Large concrete patio outside of living room on ground floor. Gas grill on patio. Firepit near the dock, close to the water. Located 25 minutes to Littleton, NC, 20 minutes to Warrenton NC and 35 minutes to South Hill Va. Owner will pay for water, septic, and up to $150 per month for electricity. Tenant will be responsible for any overage past $151 on electric bill. No smoking inside the house. No Pets. No Hunting. We love all of our deer. Lease is to be at least 60 days or longer. House will not be available for rent between 5/31/25 thru 9/7/25 There is a cleaning fee of $250 at the end of each lease. Tenants are responsible for broken or missing items.
